I have been exploring spirituality and expanding my consciousness for several years in the hope of feeling truly comfortable in my own skin and connecting to my gifts and purpose.

My career as a primary school teacher and leader has served me well for over 25 years. It has been challenging and fulfilling. However, I realised during Angelic Reiki training, that my Soul had experienced all it could in these roles. I needed to clear the way for change. A redirection was obvious, but I wasn’t sure where to.

I was always sure that my passions from my career in education would continue into my new path. I remain devoted to working with adults on personal development. As an experienced coach I have always used my ‘why’ in life. My ‘why’ is to help others to grow and flourish through the creation of a safe healing space. I will always be passionate about working with and helping children who experience difficulties.

This journey to a new way of life, and in fact a new me, has been challenging and littered with feelings of being lost and stuck along with frustration and self-doubt.  Through receiving and learning the healing modalities that I now provide for others, I’ve found my true self along with my intuition and my gifts. It’s always both challenging and rewarding moving beyond the limitations of  karmic patterns and the tricks the Ego plays.

I am now an increasingly conscious, spiritual healer and guide with the wisdom and passion to support anyone who wants to learn to trust their intuition, connect to their Soul self and step into their power as the creator of their own journey.

All that I offer focuses on transformation, as the greater the capacity for transformation the greater the capacity for positive change in your life. The modalities I offer have the potential to improve physical well-being through the promotion of peace, relaxation and reassurance. They  also focus on clearing blocks, issues and limits, so that you can increase your awareness and expand.
